Prevention and Evaluation Coordinator

The North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA) is an inclusive, statewide
alliance working to end sexual violence through education, advocacy, and legislation.

Job Title: Prevention and Evaluation Coordinator
Position status: Full time, exempt
Reports to: Director of Prevention and Evaluation
Work Hours: General business hours with significant travel required

Primary Objectives:
NCCASA is seeking a full-time Prevention and Evaluation Coordinator to assist in the
provision of training and technical assistance to NCCASA members in developing,
implementing, and evaluating effective sexual violence prevention strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Training
-Conduct trainings on prevention and evaluation best practice via webinar and inperson
through the NCCASA Training Institute.
- Assist with planning training opportunities for other NCCASA-affiliated projects.

Technical Assistance
- Provide technical assistance to NCCASA members on prevention and evaluation best
practice.
- Assist with prevention and evaluation data collection and data maintenance efforts.

Evaluation
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and support efforts.
- Assist NCCASA members in their efforts to evaluate their prevention efforts.
- Assist with all other NCCASA evaluation initiatives as they arise.

Resource Development/Dissemination
- Assist in the creation of original resource materials to support NCCASA members.
- Oversee maintenance of the Prevention content on the NCCASA website.

Collaboration
- Assist in the coordination of all activities and meetings of the NC Sexual Violence
Prevention Advisory Council (SVPAC).
- Assist in the building and maintaining of collaborative statewide partnerships using a
shared risk and protective factor lens to prevent violence.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience doing anti-sexual violence work. Experience in both
prevention and response preferred.
- Experience providing content-based technical assistance.
- A proven track record of developing and supporting the implementation of
program evaluation tools and processes. Experience providing evaluation
technical assistance preferred.
- Experience designing curricula and training modules.
- Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
simultaneously, as well as respond to shifting priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A strong anti-oppression lens and a commitment to social justice are required
and necessary for the success of this project.
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation.

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position and includes benefits. Salary
will be commensurate with experience and NCCASA compensation practices.
