Engaging Communities to Strengthen Families and Those Who Serve Them

In 1996, Michael Jordan and his family launched the Jordan Institute for Families at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work. The mission of the Jordan Institute is to strengthen families by applying interdisciplinary knowledge to the design and operation of social and health programs in North Carolina and across the nation.
