RATING FORM FOR THE DOCTORAL WRITTEN QUALIFYING EXAMINATION
|
This form is intended for use by the student in preparing the qualifying paper, and by the adviser and committee members for evaluating the qualifying paper and providing feedback to the student (and adviser) about needed revisions and additions. There is nothing offical about it, and it doesn't need to go into the student's record. The adviser will be responsible for synthesizing the committee's comments on the qualifying paper, and directing the student in completing revisions and/or making additions. |
