Congratulations to doctoral student Shiyou Wu, who recently received recognition from Social Work Education (The International Journal) for his article, “Is social work really recognized? Problems with social work employment opportunities in Mainland China,” published in February 2016. The journal selected the article as the “Best Empirical Article of 2016.”
Mark Fraser, Wu’s research supervisor and mentor, noted, “[Wu and his colleagues] are going to change the face of social work in China. Full kudos to them!”
