Save the date: School to host Ph.D. information session on April 29

The UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work will host a Ph.D. information session on April 29 from 1-3 p.m. The session will be broadcast live, offering prospective applicants the chance to join attendees on campus or online.

The PhD information session is designed to introduce potential applicants to the doctoral program’s curricula and program strengths, give an overview on the admissions process and requirements, and present information on financial aid. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet doctoral program faculty members and students, and learn more about how to be a competitive applicant and career paths with a Ph.D. in social work.

To register for the session, please email Brenda Vawter, doctoral program coordinator, at bvawter@email.unc.edu. Be sure to note if you will be joining us on campus or online.
