Alumni briefs: Rosemond, MSW ’04; Creech, MSW ’98; Birdsong, MSW ’08; Wood, MSW ’14

Page Black Rosemond, MSW ’04, returned in April to North Carolina from Denver, Co., to accept the position of director of child welfare for Wake County Human Services.

Veronica Creech, MSW ’98, was recently named economic development manager for the City of Raleigh.

Susanna Birdsong, MSW ’08, was named one of Triangle Business Journal’s 2018 “40 under 40” award recipients. Birdsong is the senior policy counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina.

Sarah O. Wood, MSW ’14, was also named one of Triangle Business Journal’s 2018 “40 under 40” award recipients. Wood is director of Global Work-Life Services for Workplace Options in Raleigh.
