Sharon Holmes Thomas, MSW ’98, and husband Montez welcomed a daughter on Aug. 25. Gia Mackenzie Thomas was 8 lbs., 15 oz., and measured 21 1/4 inches. Gia joins her 4-year-old big brother Samuel.
Sharon Thomas is the assistant dean for recruitment, admissions and financial aid at the UNC School of Social Work.
