Deborah Barrett was interviewed in an April 30 post on PsychologyToday.com, “Using ‘Paintracking’ to help manage chronic pain.”

Dennis Orthner is quoted in an article in the June 2013 edition of Runner’s World Magazine, “Can love and running coexist?”

Rebecca Macy is mentioned as a faculty task force member in a May 14 News and Observer article, “Review of UNC-Chapel Hill sex assault policy begins Wednesday.”

Macy was interviewed for the May 21 edition of the Social Work Podcast series, on “Identifying and Responding to Sex-Trafficking Victims in Social Service Settings.”

Kim Strom-Gottfried and Tara Bohley are featured in a May 15 University Gazette story on our School’s Behavioral Healthcare Resource Program (BHRP) and its impact and service in North Carolina.

The School of Social Work is mentioned in a UNC news release, “Low-income taxpayers choose saving over spending when offered an incentive,” which is about a project conducted by our former faculty member Michal Grinstein-Weiss.
