Ennis Baker, MSW ’92, is proud to announce that Orange County Head Start/Early Head Start was granted 50 new Early Head Start slots thanks to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds.
“We will now serve 230 children under [age] five in Orange County, and as the early childhood manager and mental health specialist, I am proud to be able to put federal stimulus dollars to good use by hiring well-qualified early childhood professionals and investing start-up funds to build classrooms and office space and renovate existing facilities,” said Baker.
