School of Social Work holds 86th Annual Commencement

The School of Social Work held commencement on May 12, 2007 at the Dean E. Smith Center. 144 MSW students and five PhD students received their diplomas. Our speaker was Associate Professor Florence Soltys. Look for more information to come in the fall issue of Contact.

Attention SSW Alumni: Please donate your graduation hood, cap and gown to the School of Social Work. You will be doing a helpful service to those students coming after you, because the school will be able to loan graduating students these items year after year. Hoods are especially needed. Please e-mail Beth Sauer if you can donate your graduation regalia.
