Doctoral Students Receive Spencer Fellowships

Two doctoral students at the School of Social Work have received fellowships from the Spencer Foundation Education Policy Research Training Program through Duke University's Center for Child and Family Policy for the 2003-2004 academic year.

Joelle Powers and Craig Schwalbe will receive a stipend supplement and a summer assistantship to perform interdisciplinary research in the area of child and family policy.
